Mercedes has not provided any remedy for NHTSA Recall Number26V073. We have written the following email on April 26, 2026 but have not received any reply. Please find attached letter we have written to Mercedes.

I purchased a Mercedes EQB 250+ (2023) in December 2025 from W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz in Santa Monica, CA(certified dealership). In April 2026, I discovered a recall affecting certain EQB vehicles through a Facebook forum.
